What you do

• Provide an exceptional customer service experience by establishing rapport and understanding of customer needs.
• Fulfill personal banking needs such as personal and business profiles, term deposits, and other offering banking products and services.
• Seek opportunities to build long-term customer relationships.
• Proactively demonstrate our value proposition and recommend appropriate solutions and services.
