Membership & billing operations manager

National Health Care Group is looking for a Membership & Billing Operations Manager to join our Managed Care Operations team.

This is a critical role for someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented, financially literate, and experienced in healthcare membership administration, billing, reconciliation, and operational process control.

The successful candidate will help us strengthen the accuracy, visibility, and governance of our membership and billing processes as NHG continues to scale its affordable, digital-first primary healthcare platform.

The Membership & Billing Operations Manager will oversee and improve NHG’s end-to-end membership administration, pre-billing, billing support, reconciliation, workflow tracking, and operational control processes.
