Membership Sales & Service Consultant

Responsibilities

• Attend to all walk-in customers
• Conduct structured gym tours and explain our membership packages
• Understand customer goals, budget, and commitment level before recommending the right package
• Follow up with leads consistently through call / WhatsApp and set up appointments with prospects
• Generate referrals and reactivate expired members
• Close membership and fitness package sales
• Work together with Personal Trainers to convert prospects into PT clients
