This role involves providing mental health and well-being support within an organizational setting, including designing and conducting group counseling sessions, facilitating individual counseling, and offering support through various psychological interventions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide mental health and well being related support in an organizational set-up
• Design and conduct engaging group counseling sessions and workshops on various mental health and well being topics
• Plan, facilitate, and manage individual counseling sessions to address personal challenges and promote mental well being
• Provide support through various psychological interventions, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. (ACT), and Humanistic approaches
