Mental Health Professional -- Multisystemic Therapist (MST)  What will you do as a Therapist?

As a  Therapist  in the Multisystemic Therapy department, you will provide intensive in-home service to youth 12-17 and their families using the evidence-based Multisystemic Therapy (MST) model.

This role is critical in addressing complex behavioral challenges and empowering families to create sustainable, positive change.

The Therapist will work collaboratively with families, community partners, and support systems to reduce risk factors and improve outcomes.

A typical day as a Therapist will include a community visit with a client to develop, implement, and monitor goals, crisis intervention as needed, group supervision, and consultation.
