The Safety Technician provides essential support to residents experiencing moderate to severe mental illness, including individuals under Murphy Conservatorships. Working alongside a multidisciplinary clinical team, this role helps maintain a safe and structured environment by monitoring resident activity, promoting engagement, and using de-escalation techniques to support positive outcomes.
You will serve as an important liaison between residents and clinical staff while contributing to a calm, respectful, and therapeutic atmosphere.
