Job Overview

The post holder will work as part of the nursing team delivering evidence based high quality clinical care that focuses on the direct needs of the patient. The post holder will assist registered nurses/practitioner in the provision of delegated care of patients, endeavouring to provide for the holistic needs of the individual in conjunction with other disciplines within the health care environment. The post holder will undertake a broad range of duties, work independently and as part of the team, supervise patients and assist them with future care plans. The post holder will also offer assistance in induction of junior healthcare workers and apprenticeships. The post holder will deliver elements of health and social care having the knowledge and assessed level of competence which will be locally assessed.
