Horizon Health is seeking a Mental Health Technician for our BRAND NEW unit called Altru Behavioral Health Center in Grand Forks, ND. This unit will be a 24 bed inpatient unit for both adult and pediatric patients. We are also planning to expand to an additional 24 beds in 2026. Altru Health System and Universal Health Services are working together in expanding inpatient behavioral health services.The MHT will perform selected patient care activities under the supervision of the Nurse Manager. Primary duties include observing and recording patient information pertinent to the treatment plan and reporting this information to the Registered Nurse.
