Mental Health Therapist - School Based Program

Salary: $65k-$75k (Negotiable, based on experience) plus health benefits, PTO, retirement plan with employer match, tuition reimbursement, and more.


Job Summary:

Our client is looking for a School Based Therapist in Salt Lake City who will be responsible for providing direct mental health services year-round to K-12 students and their families experiencing behavioral, substance use, and/or mental health difficulties. The therapist will also provide consultation services to school staff to support its students and the school's overall mental health goals. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus!



Job Responsibilities:

Provide direct mental health services, including intake assessment, individual/family/group therapy, and crisis intervention to assigned clients.

Maintain regular contact with the parent/guardian of each client (if appropriate).
