Job Title:

• Mentor-Protégé Specialist / Program Manager (PM) Location:   ONSITE  at DHA Headquarters (Falls Church, VA) with some TRAVEL as directed by the Government in the DMV area Employment Type:  Full-Time, Contract (Contingent upon contract award) Position Summary: This role supports the development of new agreements, monitors performance outcomes, and ensures compliance with DHA policies.


• The Specialist tracks budgets, produces program reports, and liaises with both DHA leadership and industry partners to advance small business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Mentor-Protégé program oversight and administration.


• Draft policy content and coordinate reviews.
• Manage new agreements, reviews, and performance reporting.
• Track and report on Mentor-Protégé budget, expenditures, and outcomes.
