MEP BIM MODELER

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop update and manage detailed 3D models of Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems using Revit and other BIM tools.
• Coordinate with architectural structural and other trade models to identify and resolve design clashes.
• Interpret MEP drawings specifications and design documents to accurately model systems.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings and implement required updates and revisions.
• Prepare shop drawings coordination drawings and as-built models as per project requirements.
• Maintain model accuracy quality and data integrity throughout all project stages.
• Collaborate with engineers BIM coordinators and project managers to ensure design intent and project standards are met.
• Manage and organize project documentation following company BIM standards.
• Support the creation and maintenance of BIM families and content libraries as needed.
