We're looking for someone who knows the difference.

Switzel International is hiring an MEP BIM Modeler — and we want someone with 2+ years of real modeling experience, not just software familiarity.

Here’s what the role looks like day-to-day:

• Running clash detection in Navisworks before problems hit the site
• Coordinating with architects, structural engineers, and contractors
• Producing shop drawings and construction documentation
• Owning quality and meeting LOD standards on every project

What you bring:

• 2+ years in MEP BIM modeling
• Understanding of building services systems
• Strong eye for detail and coordination
• A Diploma or Degree in a related engineering field

We work on complex, meaningful projects — and we give our modelers real ownership. You won't just be executing instructions. You'll be solving problems.
