- Multidisciplinary Coordination: Lead and manage clashes between mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection teams to prevent on-site conflicts.
- Drawing & Model Review: Review shop drawings, blueprints, and BIM models to ensure they align with architectural and structural frameworks.
- Quality & Compliance: Conduct site inspections to ensure all installations meet local UAE building codes, safety standards (HSE), and project specifications.
- Testing & Commissioning: Supervise the testing and commissioning of systems (like HVAC and electrical panels) to verify performance before final handover to the client.
