Job Description
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Building Physics or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Mechanical systems for high-rise buildings.
- Strong understanding of applicable regulations and standards for high-rise mechanical installations.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Willing to be stationed at Summarecon Kelapa Gading.
Jobdescription:
- Coordinate with internal design teams, MEP consultants, and MEP vendors.
- Oversee and monitor the progress and schedules of MEP design development.
- Review and inspect MEP drawings to ensure compliance and report any discrepancies to supervisors.
