I’m working with a leading London developer who are looking to appoint an experienced Pre-Construction MEP Manager to oversee their in-house building services function across several major schemes.
The role will focus on managing MEP design consultants and taking control of pre-construction workflows, ensuring all technical designs align with project, commercial, and delivery objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate MEP consultants through design and pre-construction stages
Oversee design reviews and ensure compliance with project specifications and standards
Work closely with internal development and project teams to drive design efficiency and cost control
Support procurement and provide technical input during tender stages
