Position Title: MEPF Project Manager – LAX Terminal Modernization (TDIP)
Salary Range: $140,000 – $150,000
CLMI Group is a Southern California-based construction management and owner's representative firm embedded in the region's most consequential public capital programs — including LAWA/LAX, LAUSD, and LACCD campuses. We operate on a staff augmentation model, placing experienced construction professionals directly within program management offices where they serve as extensions of the owner's team.
About the Program
The Terminal Development and Improvement Program (TDIP) is LAWA's multi-billion-dollar initiative to modernize LAX passenger terminals ahead of the 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games. TDIP projects span terminal renovation, systems modernization, and new construction across an active, operational airfield — one of the most complex delivery environments in the country.
