MEP Site Engineer - Billing & Executions

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced MEP Project & Billing Engineer with strong knowledge of project execution, billing, quantity verification, and coordination of MEP works. The candidate should have hands-on experience in HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing systems along with client billing, subcontractor billing, and project coordination activities.
Key Responsibilities:

Handling complete MEP project execution activities at site
Preparation and verification of RA Bills for MEP works
Client billing and subcontractor billing coordination
Quantity take-off and verification as per drawings & BOQ
Monitoring project progress and site work execution
Coordination with clients, consultants, vendors, and site teams
Preparation of DPR, WPR, and project progress reports
Verification of measurements and reconciliation of quantities
Ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion of work
