Job Description
Overview
We are looking for a Mechanical Revit Modeler based in the Philippines.
Responsibilities
- Drafting, design and modelling across all stages of the project including concept design, schematic design, design development and contract documentation, demonstrating knowledge of technical and design principles
- Deliver high quality technical MEP design within scope, time frame and budget
- Assist the design on projects by completing the BIM management plan
- Maintain the standards and guidelines for all discipline models with regards to LOD and interaction with the central model
What you will bring to the team (Qualifications)
- 3 years of relevant experience, where performance has met/exceeded expectations and preferably working in the consulting industry
