MEPFS Engineer (Project Based)

Jackstones Properties Inc is seeking a highly competent and proactive Project-Based MEFPS Engineer to oversee the complete engineering lifecycle of our development projects. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing designs, supervising on-site installations, and ensuring that all Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and Sanitary systems are executed safely, on schedule, and in strict compliance with approved plans and engineering codes.



Core Responsibilities

1. Technical Design Review & Coordination

- Review and evaluate MEFPS engineering drawings, technical specifications, and design calculations to ensure

high operational efficiency and buildability.

- Identify design discrepancies, spatial conflicts, or clashes between different utility lines (e.g., ductworks

overlapping with fire lines) before on-site installation begins.
