Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Assist the merchandiser in managing customer orders and coordinating with supplier and factories.
- Follow up on sample development, approvals, and production progress.
- Prepare and update order sheets, purchase orders, and production schedules.
- Coordinate with suppliers regarding fabric, trims, labels, and accessories.
- Ensure product specifications, measurements, and quality requirements are properly followed.
- Monitor production timelines and report any delays or issues.
- Coordinate shipment arrangements and delivery schedules.
- Maintain proper records and filing of orders, samples, and related documents.
- Diploma or Degree in Fashion, Textile, Merchandising, Business, or related field.
- Preferably 1–2 years experience in garment / textile / uniform industry (Fresh graduates may also apply).
- Good communication and coordination skills....
