1. Analysis and Sourcing

2. Find replacement of items
3. Seek approval during weekly meetings
4. Phase out the approved items and replace them with incoming items

1. Source new merchandise from reputable suppliers based on market trends and customer demand.
2. Source corporate order to immediately serve client
3. Ensure timely procurement and delivery of new inventory to maintain product availability.
