Join our ever-evolving Customer Experience team to provide optimal service to Worldpay’s ecommerce merchants worldwide and support internal stakeholders.

• Provide optimal service to Worldpay’s ecommerce merchants worldwide.
• Amend and maintain configurations for active customers across Worldpay platforms and provide 1st line support to our internal stakeholders. Consult commercial and implementation teams on the amendment process.
• Ensure Worldpay remains compliant throughout the setup process and meets regulatory requirements.
• Encourage great communication in the team by maintaining shared documents and systems and prioritizing workflows.
• Other related duties as assigned.

• Possess tertiary education or equivalent.
• Ideally, you have worked in a data processing role; not essential.
