Merchant Onboarding Coordinator, SPX Express

Job Description

• Assist in the end-to-end onboarding process for new merchants
• Coordinate with merchants to collect required documents and information
• Track onboarding progress and follow up on pending requirements
• Ensure accurate data entry and system setup for merchant accounts
• Support onboarding analysts in preparing merchants for go-live
• Respond to basic merchant inquiries related to onboarding requirements and status
• Maintain onboarding trackers, dashboards, and internal documentation
• Escalate issues or delays to the onboarding analyst or lead when needed
• Help improve onboarding checklists, templates, and workflows

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 0–2 years of experience in operations, coordination, or administrative roles
