Merchant Ops & Onboarding Specialist

• Min Diploma in any field
• Proficient in MS Excel and Word
• Meticulous and organized.
• Preferably someone with CS + Admin job experience

• Perform onboarding of all applications and change requests from customers
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of applications received on a daily basis
• Perform ad hoc mass maintenance of existing merchant profiles
• Handle queries from internal stakeholders
• Support department projects and initiatives
