• Take full responsibility for the opening, trading and closure of the venue.
• Assist the venue manager in the day‑to‑day activities.
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain high interior and exterior standards and ensure housekeeping standards are upheld.
• Establish and maintain customer service standards on behalf of the company and maximise income wherever possible.
• Implement appropriate marketing/promotional activities to maximise revenue opportunities.
