Job Description
We are seeking a highly analytical and performance-driven Meta Ads Expert with 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate has a strong command of full-funnel performance marketing and a proven ability to scale campaigns profitably while maintaining or improving ROAS.

Plan, launch, and manage conversion-focused Meta ad campaigns
Structure campaigns strategically using CBO, ABO, and Advantage+
Build full-funnel strategies (Prospecting, Retargeting, Scaling)
Monitor and optimize performance based on ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM, and AOV
Scale winning campaigns through horizontal and vertical scaling methods
