Location: Gurugram, Haryana, India
Working Hours: Standard IST daytime hours

Role Overview
Maxima — parent company of Pro Standard — is hiring a hands-on Meta Specialist to be the daily build and test layer of our paid program. You'll spend most of your day inside Meta Ads Manager — building campaigns, refining audiences, managing creative variants, optimizing catalog ads, and monitoring performance. Your Manager directs the work; you execute it with speed and precision.
Working Hours Detail
This role works standard IST daytime hours. You'll partner with your Manager (also in India), and your work is reviewed and routed to the US-based Director by your Manager — not directly by you. No US night shifts required.
