Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot heavy machinery and laboratory equipment used to extract and process metals. Testing & Analysis:

Monitor and enforce safety protocols to reduce environmental impact and protect on-site workers. Typical Education and Skills Background:
An Associate's degree, TV qualification, or vocational certificate in metallurgy, materials science, or mining engineering is highly recommended. Aptitude:
A strong interest in chemistry, physics, and mathematics, coupled with the ability to handle sensitive testing devices and heavy machinery. Soft Skills:
Ability to gather and interpret technical data, meticulous record-keeping, and strong communication skills
