Job Description
About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Metrology / Inspection Technician to support semiconductor R&D and advanced packaging development. This role focuses on measurement, defect inspection, and data analysis to support engineering decisions and process optimisation.
Key Responsibilities- Perform wafer/panel measurements (e.g. thickness, CD, surface, defect inspection)
- Support DOE runs, engineering lots, and process characterisation
- Identify defect trends and abnormalities , and report findings to engineers
- Maintain measurement accuracy, SPC tracking, and data consistency
- Operate and support metrology tools, setup, and basic calibration
- Assist in tool troubleshooting and routine maintenance (PM)
