Metrology Process Engineer

Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Metrology / Defect Management Engineer to join our Photonics Platform Business Group. This role is responsible for developing and managing defect inspection strategies using Camtek systems and SEM vision tools to support new product introduction (NPI) and high-volume manufacturing. The engineer will drive defect learning, classification accuracy, and yield improvement by establishing robust inspection recipes, defect libraries, and analytical frameworks. The role will collaborate closely with R&D, integration, failure analysis (FA), equipment, and manufacturing teams to ensure effective defect detection, root cause identification, and continuous yield enhancement.
