Metrology Technician (Dayshift Mon-Thurs 7:30am-5:30pm) (El Paso, TX Midland, TX)

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Metrologist to support dimensional inspection and validation of complex satellite assemblies and precision components. This role is critical to ensuring product quality, conformance to engineering specifications, and compliance with aerospace standards. The Metrologist will utilize advanced measurement systems including Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM), Laser Trackers, Portable Measurement Arms (Romer Arms), and 3D Laser Scanning systems to validate critical features and assemblies in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
Pay: DOE based on experience, with overtime opportunities. Standard shift is Monday–Thursday, 7:30 AM– 5:30 PM (4x10) with paid lunch and breaks.
Night and weekend shifts with increased pay are also available depending on experience and team needs.
