Job Description
Jump Forward Media is looking for a Remote Account Manager to join our growing performance marketing agency.
We are a US-based agency specializing in Medical Spas and Aesthetic practices , managing Meta and Google ad campaigns.
What this role isYou will manage a portfolio of clients inside a fast-growing digital marketing agency, acting as the main point of contact and ensuring world-class client experience and results.
You’ll work closely with:
- Meta Ads + Google Ads accounts
- GoHighLevel CRM systems
- Media Buyers, Designers, and Operations teams
- US-based clients on monthly Zoom calls
- 100% remote (LATAM-based candidates preferred: Mexico, Central America, and South America)
- Stable USD compensation + performance-based bonuses
- High-quality clients (no low-budget “test” accounts)
- Structured systems, SOPs, and a strong support team
- Ongoing training in GHL, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and AI tools
- 2+ years of experience as an Account Manager in a digital marketing agency (client-facing)
- Strong spoken and written English (daily client communication required)
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and GoHighLevel (not just basic familiarity)
- Strong organization, ownership, and attention to detail
- A reliable home office setup (fast internet, quiet space, good mic/camera)
- A performance-driven mindset (you like accountability and results)
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
- Lead client meetings and maintain strong relationships
- Monitor account health and proactively identify issues
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure execution quality
- Provide insights, reporting, and strategic recommendations
- Support client retention and account growth
- Ensure 100% meeting attendance and follow-through on tasks
