Job Description

Jump Forward Media is looking for a Remote Account Manager to join our growing performance marketing agency.

We are a US-based agency specializing in Medical Spas and Aesthetic practices , managing Meta and Google ad campaigns.

What this role is

You will manage a portfolio of clients inside a fast-growing digital marketing agency, acting as the main point of contact and ensuring world-class client experience and results.

You’ll work closely with:

  • Meta Ads + Google Ads accounts
  • GoHighLevel CRM systems
  • Media Buyers, Designers, and Operations teams
  • US-based clients on monthly Zoom calls

  • Strong organization, ownership, and attention to detail
  • A reliable home office setup (fast internet, quiet space, good mic/camera)

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
  • Lead client meetings and maintain strong relationships
  • Monitor account health and proactively identify issues
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure execution quality
  • Provide insights, reporting, and strategic recommendations
  • Support client retention and account growth
  • Ensure 100% meeting attendance and follow-through on tasks
