Main Objective: The Mexico People Sr Manager is accountable for leading the country People agenda, ensuring strong local governance, labor compliance, risk management, and cultural stewardship.
The role acts as a strategic partner to Local People Business Partners, and Business leadership, safeguarding employee experience and regulatory integrity, while enabling alignment with global People strategy and the evolution toward a shared‐services‐led operating model.
Job Responsibilities:
- Country People Governance & Strategic Partnership
Act as the People governance lead for Mexico, serving as a trusted strategic partner to business and functional leaders.
Ensure alignment between business priorities, local people needs, and global People strategy.
