MGR - ASSESSMENT/REFERRAL (BH)

The Manager of Assessment will serve as a secondary liaison in leadership for the Assessment department. The Manager of Assessment s is responsible for staff management, new hire interviews and orientation, staff/departmental development, inter and intra department dynamics management and development. This position requires daily follow-up and check-in with staff to ensure standards in practice along with routine audits of patient charts, completion of quarterly skills competency audits for Assessment staff, ensuring that state and federal regulatory standards are being met, and develop/enhance departmental processes.
