Primary Function of PositionThe purpose of this position is to manage a team of engineering technicians that perform all corrective maintenance for the Equipment on the Manufacturing Lines to maintain the production operation.Essential Job DutiesBuild a team of engineering technicians with the skills required to provide day-to-day support to address equipment issues that arise during the operational shifts while maintaining compliance to our QMS.Organize his/her team to provide corrective maintenance of our equipment to keep them performing as intended on all MP lines.Build a set of KPI's (MTTA, MTTR, MTBT), monitor and report this to the Engineering and Operations teams and continuously improve these.Create and drive multi-year strategic plan for process improvement projects within his team.
