Mgr Shift Production

* Job Location*: Robinson, IL Please note that this position is available on 2nd and 3rd shifts only * Summary: * The Hershey Company Robinson plant is a Non-Union plant producing products such as Heath, Payday, Whoopers, Mild Duds, Reese’s Pieces, Mounds, and Almond Joy in a high-speed complex environment.   This position is responsible for managing a superior safe, quality, efficient and cost-effective operation through proficiently leading and directing Production Supervisors, Maintenance Supervisors and hourly maintenance and production employees to ensure compliance with established company rules, plant policies and procedures on a specific shift. Also responsible for meeting set production schedules with minimum downtime and production loss, Sanitation, CIP, logistics and responsible for the overall plant assets on that shift.   * Responsibilities: *   · Provide a highly visible and accessible presence throughout the Plant on assigned shift.
