Microfinance Loan Officer – Field Sales & Credit Quality

BDO Unibank is seeking candidates for a position primarily responsible for achieving loan volume targets while maintaining profitability and sound credit quality. This role involves soliciting microfinance loan accounts, analyzing loan applicants’ qualifications, and ensuring adherence to bank policies.

Candidates must be graduates of a four-year degree, possess good selling, communication, and customer service skills. Experience in microfinance sales and the ability to drive a motorcycle are advantages.
