Job Description
We are looking for an experienced MS Dynamics CRM Tester with strong expertise in the Airline Booking/Reservation domain and Automation Testing using Selenium Java to join our QA team. The role involves validating CRM workflows, integrations, and end-to-end airline booking journeys across web, mobile, API, and automation frameworks while collaborating with onsite and offshore teams
Key Responsibilities- Perform functional, integration, system, regression, and automation testing for Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Dynamics 365) applications.
- Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts using Selenium WebDriver with Java .
- Validate end-to-end airline booking workflows , including flight search, reservations, ticketing, payments, check-in, loyalty programs, cancellations, and customer service modules.
