Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
- Configure and support Dynamics 365 F&O finance modules.
- Conduct client meetings, workshops, system demonstrations, and user training sessions.
- Coordinate with technical teams and support implementation, testing, and go‑live activities.
- Business Process Mapping and Requirement Gathering.
- ERP Implementations and Functional Consulting.
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and End‑User Training.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience as a Finance Functional Analyst or Functional Consultant.
- Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O).
- Good understanding of financial processes, including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and Financial Reporting.
