Can you champion an agile, Scrum-based working environment? If so, we may have the right opportunity for you within the Digital Architecture team in Łódź.
You will work closely with delivery and business teams across the organization to translate high-level concepts, designs, and user stories into robust architectural solution. You will support department management in achieving both quantitative and qualitative targets and assist other units within the Group Division, and beyond, on relevant cross-functional topics.
You will be accountable for the activities and performance of your team in pursuit of these objectives and will assume disciplinary leadership responsibility for the assigned team members.
