Mid-Level Life-Sciences Capital Markets Associate

Kinney Recruiting is pleased to partner with one of our favorite clients in Greater China, a US BigLaw firm with a strong life sciences capital markets practice, on a search for a mid-level associate for the Shanghai office. This is a rare opportunity to join a vibrant and growing Shanghai office of a US biglaw firm committed to the Asia market.
The ideal candidate should have:

US biglaw experience representing life sciences and biotechnology companies in equity capital markets transactions within the US

4 PQE (2021 JD and above)

Native or near native fluency in Mandarin required

A JD from a US law school; top-tier academic credentials

Admission to the New York bar, or the bar of any other US jurisdiction

The firm compensates US associates in Greater China on the NY Cravath scale. A generous relocation package, including a brief housing stipend, is on offer.
