The Middle & Large Assistant Director of Strategy partners with the Head of Strategy and cross-functional leaders to support the development and execution of Business Unit strategy in alignment with overall ML priorities, driving improved performance and market share growth.

This role contributes to shaping how the business differentiates in the market by leveraging data, insights, and market trends to identify opportunities and inform strategic direction.
