Job Description
GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Plan and organise production schedules; assess project and resource requirements; estimate budgets and timelines; and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Demonstrate core experience in UHT processing and beverages production.
- Analyse and investigate production issues and propose process improvements to enhance quality and capacity.
- Prepare and maintain daily production reports.
- Plan production schedules based on the sales forecast.
- Implement and control the production schedule with maximum efficiency and minimum losses.
- Support the production team with daily troubleshooting as required.
- Oversee the production team to manage, execute, and report day-to-day production activities.
- Determine required material resources and monitor daily stock levels.
