Duties & Responsibilities

Job Description:

• Assembling equipment and attachments.
• Connecting equipment to customer-provided utilities.
• Testing machinery to ensure full operational compliance with manufacturer's specifications.
• Conducting machine demonstrations for product and customer’s personnel.
• Introducing customer/technical staff to operation and technical manuals, emphasizing safety procedures.
• Emphasizing the correct usage of manuals.
• Obtaining customer sign-off and returning relevant documentation for filing.

• Performing repairs and service upon customer request.
• Conducting tests, preferably with the product, to ensure job completion according to service or repair request.
