Mine Environmental Protection and Enhancement Officer (MEPEO) PH

Duties and Responsibilities:



- Ensure continuous compliance with all applicable environmental laws, rules, regulations, permits, and company environmental policies.

- Plan, develop, implement, and monitor environmental protection and enhancement programs related to quarry and mining operations.

- Mitigate environmental impacts of quarry operations and related activities through proper environmental management practices.

- Prepare and submit environmental monitoring and regulatory reports, and provide accurate environmental data to support management decision-making.

- Establish and maintain good relationships with regulators, local government units, stakeholders, and non-government organizations to promote a positive company image.

- Oversee the production of planting materials, rehabilitation of mined-out areas, and reforestation of idle titled company properties.
