Mine Manager Position

A small surface mine in East Africa is looking to appoint a degree qualified Mine Manager.

• 2 year renewable contract
• Accommodation, meals and laundry services provided
• All flights to site and return are paid for by the company

Desired Experience & Qualification

• University Degree in Mining Engineering
• Surface Mining Blasting ticket/certificate
• Extensive surface/open pit mining management experience
• Must have experience managing Load & Haul and Drilling & Blast teams/shifts
• Must currently or recently have been in a Mine Manager or similar level leadership position
• Current or prior Africa expat (work experience outside of home country) experience will be advantageous
