Mine manager – underground mine

Key Responsibilities Take responsibility for overall underground mining operations Ensure full compliance with the Mine Health and Safety Act Manage production targets, costs, and operational performance Lead underground mining teams and supervisors Ensure implementation of mine plans and safety systems Maintain effective relationships with regulatory authorities Promote and enforce a strong safety culture Minimum Requirements Mine Manager’s Certificate of Competency (Metalliferous Mines) Minimum 10 years underground mining experience At least 5 years in a senior supervisory or management role Extensive knowledge of underground mining methods Strong leadership and operational management ability Valid driver’s license Advantageous Experience in platinum mining Trackless mining experience Remuneration
