Mining Production Engineer – Open-Cast Manganese

Talent Evolution (Pty) Ltd is seeking a Mining Production Engineer for their operations in Kathu. Responsible for overseeing production activities at two open-cast manganese mining operations, this role focuses on safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations while complying with the Mine Health and Safety Act.

The ideal candidate will have a degree or diploma in Mining Engineering and at least 5-10 years of mining experience, particularly in open-cast environments. Strong leadership and management skills are essential.
