Responsibilities

• Plan and manage the implementation and profitability of smallworks projects
• Monitor and manage OSHEM and operational compliance on smallworks projects
• Support sales and marketing by identifying opportunities and supporting the sales process
• Be responsible for planning, budgeting, project management, contracts management, risk management, quality management, and service provider management

Qualifications

• Min a NQF 6 in Project Management in the built environment
• 3 years in project management of built environment projects
• Experience in fire protection / HVAC systems environment is preferred
