Key responsibilities:

Taking minutes of strategy meetings and other CYP statutory meetings, summarising information to produce high‑quality documents that support effective decision-making and service delivery.

Accurately recording meeting attendees and their contact details.

Inputting minute‑related data into the IT system.

Proactively suggesting improvements to efficiency, customer experience, and best practices.

Carrying out other duties appropriate to the grade.

Qualification – Essential

GCSE Grade (or equivalent) in English Language and Mathematics.

NVQ3 or equivalent qualification or experience in business support.

Willingness to undertake learning and development.

Knowledge of correct grammar, spelling, and punctuation.

Advanced Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, Social Media and CRM.
